1 avocado without skin and depitted
1 lime (only the juice without seeds)
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup diced red tomatoes without the seeds
½ cucumber chopped without the seeds
1 chile serrano without stem and deseeded finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh coriander finely chopped
fresh coriander (cilantro) leaves to garnish

Pico de Gallo
Ingredients:
1 red tomato without seeds chopped
¼ chopped onion
1 chile serrano without stem and deseeded chopped (optional: jalapeño)
1 lime (only the juice without seeds)
salt to taste
2 tablespoons fresh coriander finely chopped -
Green Salsa Taquera
Ingredients:
3 chiles jalapeños or cuaresmeños without seeds (leave the veins) 120 grams aprox
2 limes (only the juice without seeds) 80 grams aprox

Habanero Salsa
Ingredients:
4 chiles habaneros or 1 chile manzano
1/2 cup orange juice
1 lime only juice no seeds
2 pinch of oregano

Salsa Diabla
Ingredients:
1 red tomato
2 dried guajillo chiles
3-4 dried árbol chiles
1 chile habanero
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
