Food and beverages

​

• If the participant has any allergies, intolerance or does not like a particular ingredient, it is their responsibility to let us know and not accept any tasting that compromises their well-being and health.

• Aura takes care of the quality of the products that are handled, however, its consumption is always under strict responsibility of the participant.

​

Safety and Health

​

• It is the responsibility of the participant to observe the hygiene and safety measures

• It is indispensable: use of apron or chef coat, long trousers, as well as low and closed shoes. Wear of hair up. Wash your hands before cooking, changing from raw to cooked and after touching your face or using your cell phone.

• It is recommended to avoid the use of: jewelry (especially rings with rhinestones, necklaces in special lengths and bracelets). Scarves or long clothes that hang in front. Strong lotions or perfumes that impede the development of the class. Mouthwashes, chewing gum, sweets and/or the consumption of drinks and foods of intense flavor prior to the class in order to maximize the sensory experience of aromas and flavors.

Cameras and telephones are allowed, as long as they do not interfere with the development of the class. Professional video recording is not allowed.

Reservations:

​

All classes and experiences require prior reservation and confirmation by Aura.

​

Payment

​

• Aura services must be paid in full before the start of the class or experience.

• The class or experience is not considered confirmed until it is paid.

​

Cancellations

​

• If a participant wishes to cancel an already paid class or experience it is indispensable to do so in writing.

• Aura puts at your disposal the email account: Info@aurawclub.com for any related notification.

• Customers that cancel with at least 24 hours in advance will be entitled to change the date of their class, convert their booking into a gift card with no expiration date or receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the planned started time are entitled to change the date of their class or convert their booking into a gift card with no expiration date.

• In the event of non-attendance by the participant (s) without a cancellation notice, no refunds or class reschedules are applied.

​​Time Changes by Aura

• ​Given the appearance of any external factor that impedes the development of the class, Aura reserves the right to change the timetable and to offer alternatives to reschedule the experience.

​

Aura Cancellations

• ​Aura reserves the right to cancel a class or experience prior written notice to participants (via email) and, where applicable, upon availability, will provide an alternate date.

• If it is not possible to reschedule the date, a total refund can be offered within 5 business days.

​

​Coordination of services with third parties

• ​In the case where it is necessary to contract the services of third parties, in addition the specific policies of the third enter into force.

• In no event shall Aura be liable for any failures, incidents, damages or losses that may arise as a result of the relationship with third party services.

​Tours to markets, museums and/or wrestling ("The Place")

​

• ​The experience is subject to the hours of operation on the part of “The Place”.

• Aura is not responsible for last-minute closures, changes or cancellations by "The Place."

• Aura reserves the right to cancel attendance at "The Place" at the time the development of the experience is compromised by external factors such as natural disasters, earthquakes and/or political or social manifestations; without this implying a return.

• In no event shall Aura be liable for incidents, damages or losses that may arise as a result of assistance to "The place."

• All consumptions on the outside and within "The Place" are part of the customer.

• For transportation, UBER or similar services will be used, under no circumstances, Aura is responsible for any failures, incidents, damages or losses that may arise as a result of the use of transportation services. 

• We'll leave Aura at least 30 minutes in advance. Aura is not responsible for traffic or incidents that prevent them from arriving punctually to "The Place".

• Child attendance is strictly the responsibility of the contracting adult. Maximum two minors per contracting adult are permitted to attend.

• Aura is not responsible for any incident, failure, damage or loss of any kind, that happens during the class or experience, from its beginning to the end.

• Aura reserves the right of admission to any participant who does not observe safety or hygiene measures or who represents a risk to the development of the class, without this generating a return or rescheduling.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

• For the resolution of all the controversies or questions related to Aura will be governed by the Mexican laws and resolved by the competent courts in Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that could correspond to their present or future domiciles.
