In-person Cooking Experiences Standard Cancellation Policy

For bookings made directly through our website, customers that cancel with at least 24 hours' notice by emailing hola@aurawclub.com or messaging us via WhatsApp at +525515108036 prior to the start of their class will be entitled to one of the following options:

• Reschedule their class to another date

• Convert their booking into a gift card with no expiration date

• Receive a full refund

For cancellations made within 24 hours of the class, or in the case of a no-show without prior notice, we’re unable to offer a refund, reschedule, or gift card.

Please note, for bookings made through third-party platforms (such as OTAs), their respective cancellation policies may apply. Be sure to check the platform’s terms before making any changes to your booking.​​​​
