Market Tour Details

• Kick off the fun at Aura Cocina Mexicana, where you will be welcomed with "agua fresca"

• Hop in your transportation and enjoy a 25-minute drive to Central de Abasto

• Explore the Central de Muros project, where you'll witness selected murals from a gastronomic point of view. This explanation is linked to our #WednesdayRecipe project where our Chef Graciela develops a recipe inspired by the murals

• Afterwards, we will take a tour of a Central de Abasto wholesale corridor and another one for sale per kilo and have a tasting of some of the best tacos in a selected market stand.

• Finally, we will return full of memories to Aura Cocina Mexicana for the end of the experience
