Experience Details

• We will start your experience with a welcome beverage of "agua fresca" (guava) while learning about Mexican honey, including explanation of different regions, types and how to taste and pair honey with food and beverages.

• Then we will conduct a tasting of five different honeys from small producers from different regions of Mexico. Identify notes of mesquite, multifloral and avocado among others.

• Afterwards, enjoy 4 snacks and dessert inspired in honey as an ingredient

• Take home small samples of tasted honey
